DRiV Shocktober Incentive 2025 (the “Promotion”) Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Federal-Mogul Motorparts LLC, 15701 Technology Dr., Northville, MI 48168 U.S.A. (the “Promoter”, “we” or “us”).
  2. The game is open to installers of the Promoter’s Monroe and Rancho products in the United States (the “Participants” or “you”).
  3. We will distribute invitations that contain unique offer codes to our partners. Certain Participants may receive multiple offer codes; however, each Participant may only redeem a maximum of 2 offer codes.
  4. Registration opens at 9:00am ET on August 15, 2025 and will remain open during the Incentive Period.
  5. Entries may be submitted beginning at 9:00am ET on September 1, 2025, and ending at 11:59pm ET on November 7, 2025 (the “Incentive Period”).
  6. Eligible Participants will be entered into the Promotion when they:
    1. Register their unique offer code on the Promotion website and provide the requested information;
    2. Install a total of 30 units of Monroe or Rancho products during the Incentive Period;
    3. Upload invoices that contain valid Monroe and/or Rancho part numbers for 30 units of such ; and
    4. Submit the invoices.Submissions will be reviewed and Participants will be notified of the results. After completing a submission, Participants with a second offer code may repeat this process a second time.
  7. Progress will be tracked on the Promotion website and Participants may log in during the Incentive Period to track their progress towards the goal.
  8. After a Participant’s submission is verified and found to be complete, the Participant will receive by email a digital prepaid Visa card with a value of $200. (Participant will allow 4-6 weeks for delivery following the program end date and after reaching 30 units or more).
  9. We may disqualify any entry which fails to comply with these terms and conditions, or which is deemed to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, in each case at the Promoter’s or Administrator’s sole discretion.
  10. No cash alternative is available and rewards are non-transferable.
  11. Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator accept any responsibility for difficulties experienced in completing a submission for the Promotion.
  12. Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator can be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur to a prepaid Visa card after it is issued.
  13. No personal data provided by, and relating to, your entry will be disclosed to a third party without your consent. Personal data will be retained by the Promoter and its Administrator for a reasonable period after the Promotion closes to assist the Promoter and Administrator in operating the Promotion in a consistent and lawful manner and to deal with any queries on the Promotion results.
  14. Your personal information will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. You should always read the privacy policy in addition to these terms and conditions.
  15. If you are no longer an active product installer at the time of reward distribution, you will forfeit your right to any reward.
  16. If you are required to submit a third party’s personal information to enter or participate in the Promotion, you must ensure that the person whose details you submit has given their consent for you to provide us with their details.
  17. No fees shall be payable to any Participants in relation to the use of publicity materials.
  18. All decisions relating to the Promotion rewards are final.
  19. Any tax or other charges payable as a result of a reward being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the Participant. Participants should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a reward if this is a concern.
  20. This game and these terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein.
  21. Participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion. In case of any queries relating to this Promotion, contact the Promoter or Administrator in writing.
  22. The Administrator on behalf of the Promoter is 360insights (USA) Ltd., 717 St Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70130. Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator accept any liability in connection with the Promotion and, to the extent permitted under applicable law, you agree to waive any rights or claims you may have against the Promoter and Administrator in connection therewith.
